Coming into the shop, we were met with a perfume smell which unfortunately put off one of my family members from trying the cookies. You'd expect to smell the fumes of cookies being baked when entering. The glass window into the factory was interesting however.

NO visitors can't, there's a great big silver blob of equipment stopping anyone from seeing anything. The showroom was so small and disappointing. Yep you can buy cookies, but forget it being anything special. The company has used bate adverting to lure unsuspecting visitors.

From their web site "Visitors can peek through the glass door straight into the main kitchen area and enjoy a clear view of the creation of these delicious cookies which are also currently being served on Qantas flights."

Came here after someone in town mentioned this place. Cookies were reasonably priced but tasted average.

Delicious chunky choc oatmeal cookies that were served on ozia tours for the morning refreshments at the monster ski hire in Jindabyne . I love them!!!
