  $35 per adult for a "buffet" that was worth around $10. Food was cold, variety was disgraceful. Save your money and head down to one of the pubs or other eateries. Almost no choice for kids unless they eat cold nuggets or burnt chips. Lasagne tasted like a soggy frozen one, no craft beer like advertised. If i could rate it 1/2 star i would.

  However, I paid $350 per night, for a room that was in absolute terrible condition, without even a chair. I've stayed in better youth hostels for $20 a night.

  One late afternoon, there was allot of aggressive, and hysterical arguing in the hallway outside the room. I opened the door to see what was happening, and it was Anton and his Asian (Wife? Partner??) who were having a loud domestic argument. She was dragging a plastic ($2 shop) box, full of stuff (which may have been her personal effects) down the stairs. Anton was shouting "get out, GET OUT". And, she was saying "I call Police". They made no attempt to conceal this shouting match, from their Guests, and their Children.

  That cash could get you into the best hotels in Sydney. Yet, my room, on the edge of Jindabyne, was pre 1980, and extremely disappointing

  Went there today booked into room 109, had to use shower head to get water to fill up water jug, had to move bed side tables to access power for water jug, had a room with bunk beds not made, room stank, booked in May 2017 for 2 per, got a room with bunk beds and double bed, went to reception very nasty to ask for power point to have my camera pc phones to plug in, Mr Anton Weismann was call the general manager, he was very aggressive and very physical he pushed me in the chest and barged into our room got our luggage and there it out the door, I have terminal cancer, of lung, liver, and bone, he hurt me by his pushing, had to call 000 for ambulance for treatment, and police to get our money refunded as he refused to do so, I am not sure that our $514.00 has been refunded to our credit card. This place is filthy, very aggressive and violent manager reception is very nasty. I wanted to see the snow for the last time in my life, I could not, had to drive back 160km to Canberra to stay the night, I am very sore and now coughing blood thanks to this manager.
