  Any good reviews about this place must be either written by the restaurant owner or someone who has never eaten at a real Indian restaurant, or donked his/her head into a metal pole when skiing before arriving to this place. I would not even rate it one star. Rude staff to start off with. Everything is down hill from there. I have never bothered rating a bad experience about any joint that does not fulfill basic expectations, as I tell myself that it could be a one off and perhaps someone was having a bad night. I had to review this place, as it was disastrously bad.

  Then placed order, and here is the BIG ISSUE. For a 7pm appointment, food was served at 830pm. We sat there in the table for over an hour and fifteen minutes.

  While the food itself was just average, portion size was a few spoonful. Considering the price, it is terrible.

  Good food, consistently. Generally we takeaway. My guess on the 1 star reviews is that they come from peak time - Friday or Saturday in winter or holidays. Being a tourist town any location is crazy busy at these times, we have busy highs and slow lows. Have a bit of patience in the busy periods!

  Didn’t expect it to be this good. The environment was cozy, staff was very nice and helpful. Best of all the food was awesome. Won’t hesitate to say one of the best Indian food we enjoyed in Australia.

  Bad experience! We made a reservation, but on arrival there were no arrangements. Non the less they put together some tables frantically and we were seated after some time.
