    Had someone take my snowboard by accident on my third day on the slopes, they were very helpful in tracking the customer that took my board and gave me a free upgrade to performance skis instead on the last day.

    We were scheduled to arrive at 11.40pm, staff was more than happy to assist us. Especially after drive from Sydney straight after work in Sydney on Friday.

    5 stars, the team members deserve it. The gentleman who helped us was very patient. We came with two families, and lots of kids. Nothing was too much, we got all we needed, properly fitted, and had a great day. Thumbs up.
