    Having been recommended to go here, my partner got sold a pair of boots 1.5 sizes too small. When he went back to get them adjusted they cut the liner, put tape on it and told him you should never take liners out of your boots. When his feet were wet and cold we took the liners out, found the plastic base of the boots missing, liners cut etc. When we went back were told this is normal practice. It is not normal practice. Not interested in helping we've had to buy new elsewhere. Disgraceful.
