  'Don't use Absolute Alpine. Their mistake cost us close to $1000. We booked three nights accommodation at Perisher Valley Hotel and Absolute Alpine accidentally booked 4 nights. We discovered two other mistakes they made in the booking and corrected them however we didn't pick up the third mistake off the incorrect number of days until we arrived at Perisher Valley Hotel. We corrected this upon arrival at the Hotel and notified both Perisher Valley Hotel and Absolute Alpine however neither of them would refund the money for the extra night that Absolute Alpine accidentally booked. Perisher Valley’s General Manager Cathie Major was equally unhelpful and refused to cancel the extra night despite three days notification and not being fully booked at the time. Please do not take risks booking hotel accommodation with Absolute Alpine due to lack of attention to detail, lack of ethics and poor customer service.
